Every plant, big or small, has a point where a bunch of motors and machines start behaving like one system. That point is usually the control panel. At Shai Power Control we build these panels at our Greater Noida unit and send them to factories, water plants, warehouses and commercial buildings across the country. Nothing is copied from a catalogue, because no two sites run the same way.
How we design a control panel around your process
We normally begin with a plain conversation about what the machine or process has to do. How many motors are there, how do they start, what does the operator need to see, and where will the panel stand? From those answers we prepare a single line diagram and a layout drawing. You get to check both before any sheet metal is cut, which saves a lot of trouble later.
Inside the enclosure we use branded contactors, relays, drives and PLCs, picked to suit the duty of your load. Wiring is done neatly with ferrules and proper lugs, so a maintenance person can trace any circuit without guessing. Each panel goes through insulation, continuity and functional checks before it leaves the workshop.
Made to order
Each panel is designed from your motor list and process, not picked from a fixed catalogue.
Drawings first
A single line diagram and layout are shared for your approval before fabrication begins.
Branded components
Contactors, relays, drives and PLCs are chosen to suit the duty and listed in the quotation.
Clean wiring
Ferruled wires, proper lugs and tidy ducting so any circuit can be traced quickly.
Tested before dispatch
Insulation, continuity and functional checks are completed in our workshop.
Support at site
Commissioning guidance by phone or on site whenever your installation needs it.
Wiring quality, testing and support after delivery
Buyers usually worry about two things, delivery time and what happens after installation. We give a realistic schedule at the quotation stage instead of promising something we cannot keep. Once the panel is at your site, our engineers stay reachable, and if something needs adjustment during commissioning we can guide you on call or visit.
If you are planning a new line, replacing an old panel or adding automation to machines already running, send us what you have. A rough sketch or a list of motors is enough for us to start. We will come back with a clear offer and, where possible, a few ideas to bring the cost down.
Where it is commonly used
Before you place an order
A good way to get a fair quotation is to prepare a short brief before you contact any supplier. Note down the motor ratings, the supply voltage, how each motor should start, and any safety or interlock needs. Add the place where the panel will be installed. The more of this we know, the closer the first quote will be to the final price.
It also helps to tell us about your maintenance team. If they are used to a particular PLC or drive brand, we can build around it, so spare parts and training stay simple. Small details like this make a panel easy to live with for many years, long after the commissioning is over.
