Control panels in Gurugram work in two very different settings. In buildings, they run pumps, HVAC equipment, fire systems and lifts' auxiliary circuits. In the industrial belt around Manesar and Udyog Vihar, they run production lines and process equipment. We have built for both, and the approach changes depending on which world your panel belongs to.
Building services and production lines
For building services, reliability and simplicity are the priorities. A booster pump panel or an air handling unit panel needs to start reliably, protect the motor and give clear indication. Where a building management system is present, we add potential-free contacts or communication ports so it can monitor the equipment.
For production lines, the panel often includes a PLC, drives and a touch screen. Auto component makers, packaging units and assembly plants in the area usually want quick changeovers and data on output. We design the panel around how your operators actually work, not just around what the machine needs electrically.
Pump and HVAC panels
Reliable starters with clear indication.
BMS interface
Potential-free contacts and communication ports.
PLC panels
For production lines with data and touch screens.
Practical operator design
Layouts built around how people actually work.
Rebuilds
Replacing cluttered, patched-up panels.
Weekend installation
Planned shutdown work to limit disruption.
Retrofits with minimal downtime
Retrofits are a big part of our work here too. Many older installations have panels that are cluttered with patched-up wiring. We can rebuild the panel with the same functions, proper labelling and updated protection. Often this can be done in a planned shutdown over a weekend, so production is disturbed as little as possible.
Send us your machine details or panel photographs from Gurugram or Manesar. We will put together a proposal and, if needed, arrange a site visit. All panels are built and tested at our Greater Noida works before delivery.
Where it is commonly used
Before you place an order
For building services panels, ask whether the building management system needs to monitor the equipment. If so, mention it before the panel is built, since adding contacts and communication later is harder. A few extra terminals and relays at the start can save a lot of rework.
For retrofits, a site visit helps a great deal. We can check the space, see the machine and take measurements. It also helps plan the shutdown, so that the old panel comes out and the new one goes in within the time available.
